Federal Testing of Road Connected Vehicles Launches
The Department of Transportation in conjunction with the University of Michigan's Transportation Research Institute are launching a year extended, absolute earth check of wi-fi enabled road connected vehicles. The vehicles and infrastructure could talk to each other to warn drivers of blind intersections, college zones and potential hazards.
