Creating an Artificial Intelligent Machine to Run Our Civilization

Before humans embark on making an artificial intelligent system to run our entire civilization, we must consider one of the fundamental principles and realities about complex systems and engineers, namely to Keep It Simple Stupid also know by its well-known acronym; KISS. Not extended ago, I was having this conversation with an acquaintance and I mentioned the demand for keeping it simple to prevent catastrophic failure at the worst imaginable age. To that mark my acquaintance questioned; "Oh, you mean Murphy's Code?"
