Adjusting to Becoming Deaf Late in Life
Becoming deaf late in lifetime is one of the toughest challenges of my lifetime. Although I'm able to still speak fluently, communication is still a barrier. This article is written on how I became deaf late in lifetime and the challenges I face each and every day immediately. It's as if I've stepped into another earth. Basically I have. I immediately belong to the Deaf Community.
