Back Pain: Is Your Gym Training Aggravating or Even Causing Your Back Pain?


Have you ever been to the gym, did some workout on the treadmill, lifted some autonomous of charge weights or used some of their machines, only to find yourself suddenly hit by excruciating pain somewhere in your back? A pain that makes it impossible for you to walk or much stand upright? If you haven't had this familiarity yet, consider yourself lucky, as it can still happen to you every day. The cause for that is that about 85% of the normal population in our modern society has one or more so-called muscle imbalances in their body. If you leave these imbalances untreated, they will, sooner rather than later, lead to back pain incidents, exceptionally when you suddenly expose your body to a fresh fitness or weight lifting routine.
