Net Margin

Net margin - or in other words, net profit margin, is the ratio which shows the profitability of the corporation. It is very alike to yucky margin, just immediately all expenses are included. While yucky margin evaluates the cost of production, the net margin ratio evaluates all the costs of other activities that are held in the corporation and also selling costs. Net margin ratio is calculated by dividing net income by sales and is usually expressed in percentage.
