Innate Nature and the A Priori Awareness of History
The innate nature is fashioned with knowledge. We literally become neurologically a part of the culture we are born into through the fashioning of the innate neurological design. This fashioning is caused by the creation of sub-modular brain areas in relativity with the knowledge contained by the cultural databases and the trends in the memes that occupy the mass intellect. The brains are also shaped by the adaptation to the psychological nuances of culture, including the language the brains are subjected to learn.
