Ireland is a wonderful nation steeped in history and culture. Since it's discovery in the fifth century it has been a predominantly Christian nation. In the modern era the nation divided into two separate countries, each with its own administration and locate of values. The north has it's allegiance to Britain as the Republic is independent from Britain and is part of the European Monetary Union using the Euro.
