Road Deaths On The Rise
We've all heard the ancient adage that it is safer to travel by aeroplane than propel in a automobile, however every day we act as if that weren't fair. We all reckon that we'll be safe in our small metal boxes, as if nothing can touch us there. However, we are sadly not invincible, and according to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), the number of casualties per year rose in 2011 for the first age since 2003. Unfortunately, it seems as the safety and performance of our cars and our tyres (the things that really employment with the brakes to stop the automobile) improves, we feel safer however are perhaps being more reckless.
