Listing Days Down in Southern Peninsula
The multitude of days properties remained on the promote in the Southern Peninsula fair before simply being marketed has minimized substantially in 2011, reflecting a far bigger knowledge of market place realities by sellers. This is according to Francois Venter, Regional Product sales Supervisor for the Western Cape. The exception to this pattern is Simon's Megalopolis, where by listing days have greater.
